Aisling Morgan is a fiddle player and qualified teacher of the Alexander Technique from North Galway. She has a lot of experience using the Alexander Technique to support musicians and performers with pain/strain associated with playing their instrument and also performance anxiety.
 
In this introductory workshop you will learn how to practice a simple lying down exercise known as constructive rest which is incredibly good for your back, your whole body and your mind. You will also have the opportunity to explore specific movements or activities that may be causing difficulties for you. 
 
This workshop is for musicians, performers and anyone else with a body who is interested!
